I don't say this lightly...I have never had someone I trust more with my car. I just recently had so many things go wrong with my car after an accident etc. This man not only has the best customer service but fought insurance companies for me. To have him in my corner was amazing. Just even more recently my car didn't pass smog and he worked tirelessly coming up with an action plan and got me into tip top shape. To be a woman and always feel like you get taken advantage of, it's refreshing to have someone you trust. Highly recommend!!!
I had a great experience with Eddie's Valero Service Center and highly recommend them! They helped me finally fix my door handle after I’d been getting quotes that were nearly twice as much as what I ended up paying. They truly offered the best price compared to others.

Najib and team have very good energy, got me in and out of there for a smog check very fast. I would highly recommend anyone in the Pacifica area looking to have their car serviced to go pay him a visit.10/10 service
I've been bringing my Jeep to Najib for all kinds of services (e.g. oil change, smog, brakes, tires, etc) for 10 years now and I will continue doing that. Given how expensive things are these days I appreciate how he tries to provide you with options to help address the important issue with your vehicle without running up your invoice with other non-critical things. More often than not he even suggests things you can try on your own to help you save some money. I highly appreciate the personal touch that he has with the customers and he gives a good price for his services. When price is right and services are good people will be back.

I've used Eddie's for several car repairs and have been very satisfied with all their work, but this last smog test was by far the best. He saved me about $3700 so I am a very happy woman! Najib is personable and explains all my options and what they will cost and lets me decide what fits my budget. He doesn't pressure me.
This is my second time going at Eddie's Valero Service Center and Eddie(owner) helped me with both of my car smogged. He's a nice guy and fun. Price is also reasonable. 10/10
Najib is great! They took great care of my car
Najib was able to slot me in for a smog for my 1990 VW Corrado (tail pipe, rolling road, EVAP, visuals) later in the afternoon when the bay was open the same day I called. He even recognized my car over the phone which is a big plus to find out he knows the older uncommon models.
Arriving he did have a worry because the car is a bit lowered if there were any clearance issues on the rolling road and was very very clear he's not liable for any damages (there's a sign too) and I said go for it with out any problems. Gave me a longer time estimate since it is an older car with all the smog test steps but finished quicker in about 40 minutes.
The other mechanics and the lady I made eye contact with were all friendly with a quick "hi".
